Veterinarian & Owner

Dr. H. Pinney earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio and began his veterinary journey working weekends alongside his father at Mobile Petcare Clinics of Texas while completing his studies.

He graduated from the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences in 2018 and spent several years practicing throughout Texas as a relief veterinarian, serving communities in Houston, College Station, Austin, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Canyon Lake, Corpus Christi, and beyond. Today, he and his wife, Jessica, are proud to call San Antonio home as they continue building their family and veterinary practice.

Dr. Pinney's professional interests include small animal surgery and dentistry, and he is passionate about helping pets live healthier, happier lives through quality preventative and medical care. He enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and their families while providing thoughtful, individualized veterinary care.

When he's away from the clinic, Dr. Pinney enjoys traveling, attending sporting events—especially Aggie football!—working on cars, and spending time with family and friends. Most of all, he enjoys making memories with Jessica, their two young children, and their dogs, Gucci and Brinkley.

Office & Operations Manager

Sunny brings more than 15 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with a career spanning client services, veterinary assisting, technician roles, supervision, specialty and emergency medicine, and practice operations. Her experience has given her a unique understanding of veterinary medicine from both the clinical and operational sides of the practice.

As Office & Operations Manager at MPC Veterinary Care, Sunny focuses on the systems and people that keep a busy veterinary practice running smoothly. She has a particular passion for team development, training, client experience, workflow improvement, practice systems, and creating clear processes that help veterinary teams provide consistent, compassionate care.

Sunny is a Certified Veterinary Assistant, certified dog trainer, and Fear Free-certified professional. She especially enjoys helping clients better understand their pets and strengthening the relationship between people and the animals they love.

Outside of the clinic, Sunny enjoys the creative side of life—from hydroponic gardening and caring for her plants to experimenting with new flavors and ingredients in the kitchen and designing comfortable, welcoming spaces at home. She loves learning new things, spending time with her dog, Miliani, and dreaming about future travels and the places still waiting to be explored.

Veterinary Technician

Andrea is an aspiring veterinarian and future veterinary practice owner with more than six years of experience in various roles throughout the veterinary field. Her passion for animals, medicine, and lifelong learning continues to drive her pursuit of a career dedicated to improving the lives of pets and the families who love them.

Andrea has a particular interest in veterinary dentistry and dental radiology, where she enjoys combining technical skill, attention to detail, and hands-on patient care. She is also known at MPC for the warmth and patience she brings to every client interaction. Andrea takes the time to listen to clients' concerns and help them feel informed and comfortable throughout their pet's care. Her ability to combine compassionate communication with careful clinical attention has made her a valued member of the MPC team and a favorite among many of our clients.

Outside of the clinic, Andrea enjoys spending time with her partner and their spirited feline companion, Neferpitou. Motivated by her faith and her goals, she is committed to continued personal and professional growth. In her free time, she enjoys decorating and furnishing her apartment and eagerly looks forward to celebrating her favorite holiday season—Christmas.

Veterinary Technician

Brian's passion for veterinary medicine stems from his desire to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. He has several years of experience in veterinary medicine and is continuing his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio as he prepares to apply to veterinary school. His long-term goal is to attend Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences and return to practice in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas.

Inspired by the support of his family and a genuine love for veterinary medicine, Brian is dedicated to providing compassionate care to every patient he meets. He especially enjoys the opportunity to learn, solve problems, and advocate for his patients. When asked about his least favorite part of the profession, he is quick to joke that anal glands top the list!

Outside of the clinic, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaitlin, and their pets, Maurice the cat and Murphy, their new puppy. After losing their beloved dog, Other, shortly after their wedding, Brian and Kaitlin recently welcomed Murphy into their family. Brian also enjoys spending time with loved ones and continuing to work toward his goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Veterinary Technician

Guillermo, known around MPC as "Gully," is a Veterinary Technician with a passion for science and animal care. He enjoys the variety of veterinary medicine and the opportunity to combine his interest in science with his love of helping animals and their families. Gully is currently pursuing his goal of becoming a veterinarian and is applying to the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. He looks forward to continuing to grow his knowledge and skills while providing compassionate care to the patients at MPC Veterinary Care.
 

Outside of the clinic, Gully is a proud dog dad to Brownie, his Pit Bull/Lab mix. He enjoys spending time at the gym, being with family and friends, playing Mario Kart Wii, and planning his next travel adventure. His favorite vacation destinations include Disney World and San Diego, and he's a self-described night owl. Halloween is his favorite holiday, so there's a good chance you'll find him enjoying the spooky season whenever it rolls around!

Veterinary Technician

Stephanie brings 13 years of experience in veterinary medicine and a genuine passion for caring for animals. She enjoys the variety of veterinary medicine and the opportunity to continue learning while helping provide compassionate, high-quality care to the patients and families at MPC Veterinary Care.

Stephanie has a particular interest in biology and enjoys the opportunity veterinary medicine provides to combine her love of animals with her interest in science. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supporting the veterinary team in providing thoughtful, individualized care.

Outside of the clinic, Stephanie's home is full of animals of her own. She shares her life with three cats—Ringo, Flea, and Stumpy—and three dogs—Rogan, Louie, and Tessa. She also enjoys anime, particularly Fairy Tail, reading manga, baking, playing Pokémon and Mario Kart, spending time with family, and exploring new places. A visit to Acadia National Park is on her bucket list!
